This October, Work On Your Mind.
For 30 days, you’ll receive one new mindset activity every day.
-
Some days will make you think.
-
Some will challenge you.
-
Some will help you understand yourself better.
-
Some will give you a completely different way of looking at something you’ve always believed.
And some might make you say:
“Wow. I never thought about it this way.”
The idea is simple:
Learn something.
Try something.
Notice something.
Take it with you.
What’s Inside Mindset October?
30 Days Of Mindset Activities
Every day, you’ll get a new activity designed to help you work on the way you think, respond and see yourself.
No two days are the same.
You’ll be learning through doing, not just reading.
1 Book Every Week
Every week, I’ll recommend one book that connects with the themes we’re exploring.
You don’t have to read the entire book during the challenge.
You’ll simply have the opportunity to discover powerful ideas, authors and perspectives that can take your learning further.
4 weeks. 4 books. Plenty to explore.
Daily Learning Material
Along with your activity, you’ll receive simple, useful material to help you understand the idea behind it.
Because sometimes knowing why something happens can completely change the way you see yourself.
Practice & Reflection
This challenge isn’t about collecting information.
It’s about applying it to your life.
You’ll get opportunities to pause, reflect, observe yourself and actually practise what you’re learning.
1 Live Session
We’ll meet for one live session during the month to go deeper into mindset, discuss your experience and learn together.
Bring your questions, thoughts and experiences.
A Community Doing The Work With You
You’ll be surrounded by people who have also decided to spend October working on themselves.
Share your experiences.
Learn from others.
See things from different perspectives.
And know that you’re not the only one trying to figure things out.
This Is For You If…
You often think:
“I know I need to change the way I think, but I don’t know where to start.”
“I keep repeating the same patterns.”
“I overthink everything.”
“I want to stop being so hard on myself.”
“I want to handle difficult situations better.”
“I want to understand myself better.”
“I want to grow, but I want something practical—not just motivation.”
Or simply:
“I want to spend this month doing something meaningful for myself.”
If any of this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
This Is Not About Thinking Positive.
- There will be good days.
- There will be difficult days.
- You’ll still get frustrated.
- You’ll still make mistakes.
- You’ll still have bad thoughts.
That’s life.
To become someone who never struggles.
To become someone who knows how to work with their mind when life gets difficult.
You Don’t Need To Know Anything About Mindset.
- You don’t need to read self-help books.
- You don’t need to meditate.
- You don’t need to have your life figured out.
- You don’t need to be “good” at personal development.
You just need three things:
Curiosity.
Be willing to learn something new.
Honesty.
Be willing to look at yourself honestly.
Commitment.
Be willing to show up for 30 days.
I’ll provide the structure.
You do the work.
What You’ll Take Away From These 30 Days
By the end of October, you may have a better understanding of:
-
Why you think the way you think
-
What influences your reactions
-
Which patterns keep showing up in your life
-
How you talk to yourself
-
How you deal with mistakes and setbacks
-
What you believe about yourself
-
How you respond when things don’t go your way
-
How you can look at situations differently
-
What helps you feel more in control of your own life
You’ll have 30 days of actual practice—not just information you’ve consumed and forgotten.
